COTTONTAIL RABBITS

SEASON DATES: October 27, 2007 through February 17, 2008
BAG LIMIT: Ten (10) per day
POSSESSION LIMIT: Twice Daily bag limit after opening day, of which no more than 10 may be taken in one day.
LEGAL TAKING DEVICE:

Section R1. C

SMALL GAME (EXCEPT MIGRATORY BIRDS, BLUE GROUSE AND QUAIL) may  be legally taken with the following weapons:

i.              Any firearm, bow and arrow, pneumatic weapon, or sling shot not prohibited in section R2.B. (below).
OPEN AREAS: Reservation Wide

TRIBAL MEMBER - TREE SQUIRRELS

SEASON DATES: October 27, 2007 through November 25, 2007
BAG LIMIT: Ten (10) per day
POSSESSION LIMIT: Twice Daily bag limit after opening day, of which no more than 10 may be taken in one day.
LEGAL TAKING DEVICE:

Section R1. C

SMALL GAME (EXCEPT MIGRATORY BIRDS, BLUE GROUSE AND QUAIL) may  be legally taken with the following weapons:

i.              Any firearm, bow and arrow, pneumatic weapon, or sling shot not prohibited in section R2.B. (below).

TRIBAL MEMBER - QUAIL

SEASON DATES: October 6, 2007 through January 20, 2008
BAG LIMIT: Ten (10) per day
POSSESSION LIMIT: Twice Daily bag limit after opening day, of which no more than 10 may be taken in one day.
LEGAL TAKING DEVICE:

Section R1. D

MIGRATORY BIRDS and UPLAND GAME BIRDS may be taken only with the following weapons:

i.              Shotguns NOT larger than 10 gauge shooting shot.  Waterfowl hunting requires the use of shotguns NOT larger than 10 gauge shooting non-lead shot only.

ii.             Bow and arrow not prohibited in section R2.B. (below).
LEGAL QUAIL: Gamel's and Mearn's Quail
OPEN AREAS: Reservation Wide

TRIBAL MEMBER - BLUE GROUSE

SEASON DATES: October 27, 2007 through November 25, 2007
BAG LIMIT: Three (3) per day
POSSESSION LIMIT: Twice Daily bag limit after opening day, of which no more than 3 may be taken in one day.
LEGAL TAKING DEVICE:

Section R1. D

MIGRATORY BIRDS and UPLAND GAME BIRDS may be taken only with the following weapons:

i.              Shotguns NOT larger than 10 gauge shooting shot.  Waterfowl hunting requires the use of shotguns NOT larger than 10 gauge shooting non-lead shot only.

ii.             Bow and arrow not prohibited in section R2.B. (below).

TRIBAL MEMBER - OTHER MAMMALS & BIRDS

SEASON DATES: Year Long
BAG LIMIT: Unlimited
LEGAL ANIMALS: Crows, sparrows and all mammals EXCEPT game mammals, fur-bearing mammals, predatory mammals, ferrets, wolves, jaguars, ocelots, coatis and any other species of bird and/or mammal protected by Federal, State, and/or Tribal Law.
