TRIBAL MEMBER - ZONE 3B FALL BULL ELK

SEASON DATES: November 15, 2008 through November 30, 2008.
BAG LIMIT: One (1) per tag holder per year
LEGAL ELK: Any Antlered Elk
NUMBER OF PERMITS: 35, issued by DRAW
SPECIAL REGULATIONS: 2006 Bull Elk tag holders are eligible for this hunt.  Hunters may hold either a Fall Bull Elk or a Trophy Elk - Unit 8 tag, but ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO HOLD BOTH TAGS IN THE SAME YEAR.

II. These tags will be available only to those Tribal Members who were not drawn for any of the 2208 Bull Elk hunts or did not purchase a 2008 Unit 8 Trophy Bull-Archery tag.

These tags will be available beginning August 28, 2008.
LEGAL TAKING DEVICE:

Section R1. B

i.               Illegal calibers include but are not limited to the following: .22, .22 Magnum, 5mm, .222 and/or .22/250.   

ii.             Bows having a standard pull of 50 or more pounds using arrows with metal broadheads having no less than 7/8-inch width cutting edges. Mechanical broadheads of any type (broadheads having hinged/rotating blades) are prohibited.

iii.            Center fire handguns and handguns of caliber not less than .44 Magnum.
